Branksome by Tim Davies Landscaping:
The outside spaces that wrap around this contemporary new home in among Perth’s premier coastal residential areas, City Beach, boast a modern design enhanced by high quality surfaces and lush, innovative planting.
The customers, who looked to Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL) to create and construct their dream landscape, wanted fully grown garden areas– something that would create an immediate impact and soften the clean-lined, minimalist architecture of your house and the big outdoor areas surrounding it.
Sourcing fully grown trees and different other plants was crucial to give the gardens a recognized feel, right from the beginning. This process depended on constant and clear communication with the clients to ensure the best plants were used in the right areas.
Given the home’s distance to the coast, it wasn’t simply looks that mattered. It was similarly important that the plants were well suited to the often penalizing conditions. The advanced planting scheme includes mature olive trees, which connect the residential or commercial property’s front elevation and side passageway to its seaside setting, established star jasmine climbers along with the pool in the rear garden and the amazing fully grown poinciana tree in the home’s central courtyard.
In addition to the planting, decoration was used to connect in with the materials defined by the architect and supply sights in the front, side and rear gardens. Custom graphite granite bowls and planters were designed by TDL and set up throughout the landscape. These complement the beautiful Bateig Azul Spanish sandstone paving that was picked by the architect and installed by TDL.
The lighting spheres, together with the water feature in the main courtyard, all of which were created and set up by TDL, contribute to the atmosphere, as does the sculpture by Western Australian artist Tim Macfarlane Reid, which beings in a raised planter neglecting the swimming pool in the rear garden.
The task, which took two years from design to completion, is a resounding success.
By sourcing fully grown tree and plant specimens and combining them with custom decoration and timeless products, TDL has actually created areas that are unique for a domestic job of its size.
